A quick bio
My music is filled with raw emotion - intense, and sometimes a little messy - because that's what life feels like to me. Fever Echoes, my debut EP, is a fever dream of longing and fire, with urgent, passionate lyrics that channel the electricity I can't keep bottled up. “Waves of People” is my love letter to my years living in New York City in the early 2000s, encompassing the ambiguity I still feel around those times. “Electrify Me”, while a work of fiction, comes from a place of vulnerability - my imagination.
Off and on, I've played piano, guitar and sang, but it wasn't until I gave songwriting an honest effort that these all came together for me. Each piece began to make sense as a part of a greater picture: crafting a song. Writing lyrics and setting them to music that came from my hands made it personal, meaningful, and yes, a bit scary. But playing the finished product for others is a highly charged feeling that I'm chasing all the time. My hope is that when you listen, it doesn't just play in the background. I hope it feels like an invitation to step into a world that's equal parts intimate and electric.
